Well, it's 11:30 P.M. I am still awake. The kids are having a hard time falling asleep tonight. But I think everybody is now finally asleep. I ate some salty cioppino that my hubby brought home. And as I was sitting here writing, I started getting that "eating" feeling. But I realized that I was actually thirsty. So I drank two big glasses of water. I am so pleased with myself because in the past I wouldn't have thought about the fact that I was thirsty and not hungry until after I ate too much. And by then it's too late and I would have blown all my hard work for today.
I am continually impressed with how well I am doing with my weight since I found this site. I am almost forgetting that I used to have so many problems in this area. I am losing slowly, but I am not losing my focus. I am just really pleased!
