DAY #2 Hi all! I didn't weigh myself today yet. Maybe later. I'm a little afraid to. Yesterday I lost, and I'm afraid that if I don't lose today also, I'll lose my motivation. But I did really well yesterday keeping my points down and sticking to a stricter philosophy. I'm going into a really busy period with the kids being home for vacation. I might not be able to come on here as often, but I'll try because it's so good for me! Thanks, guys, for all your encouragement! We're gonna do this thing!!!!!!

DAY 2, WEDNESDAY, UPDATE FROM MORNING: 26.5 pts. total today. 21 daily plus 4 exercise plus 1.5 from 35 a week. Another great day! This is really working. I might still eat something else. Paul brought home cioppino from Trader Joe's and I probably ate only one serving, but I put that I ate two servings, which added another 7 points, which I'm going to take from 35 for the week.
