preaching to the choir!!!!... i love food i can eat a whole 4 course meal and 20min later be hungry for more... and have tried every diet under the sun!... when i am focused- the only thing that has worked is keeping on my fatsecret and watching my RDI and pie chart... i need to watch my carb - protien and fat... and watching where i am through out the day helps... keep you protien up and sugars/sodium low you will stop thinking about beloved desserts and start craving veggies n hummus.. i promise!...
