Holy crap on a cracker. I have a ton of weight to lose but decided to the baby step thing, so I will (hopefully) hit many goals on my way to the weight I actually want to be.
I am mostly trying a low fat diet but I am in desperate need of more recipes so that I can expand my selection of available foods. Also, my doctor told me yesterday to cut out cheese - and damnit!! I LOVE cheese!! But I am going to do my best!!
