Diario de ORshelly, 09 dic. 08

Yeah, I was going to get up and go to the gym this morning.... woke up late for that. Reset my alarm, did not wake me up. I was late to work and did not go to the gym. Dang.
I don't have time to go tonight but I will go tomorrow. I want to keep this in a forward moving pace. I don't want to hit a wall so early in my efforts.
I am just now begining to notice the little weight that I have lost up until now. Always hungry for more.
I have learned not to beat myself up over things too much. You can change the very next minute if you try hard enough.
I just gagged down my yogurt and I bought the wrong kind.... it tastes so gross. But I ate it anyway. Doing my best to stay on track.
Everyday I have thanks to give to Gayle for helping me stay the course. Much love for her and her strength.

Thank you mi amiga. Remember it goes both ways. You scolded my daughter the other night for being mean to me about the licorice, what a doll. We can do this together. Now if I could only muster up the ambition to go to the gym. Too bad we didn't go to the same one. I know I will get there sooner or later, I will just keep trying.
