Okay - I'm hopping in just in time to make it for Flex Friday! It's been a while since I did a bicep progress pic. I confess, I'm rather smitten with these guns. The definition is coming along nicely.
A few other addendums to my last post. I reported that I was increasing my daily calorie intake another 2% since I hit a new low last Saturday. I'm still sticking to it of course, but I forgot completely to mention that I have a surplus day happening this week.
Mom and I have decided on our favorite Mexican Restaurant (take out, of course) and so far I've pre-tracked about 3400-3500 for that day. We're not doing 4000 cal surplus days anymore since the pool is closed. And, since I am doing 2% daily calorie increases, I prefer to keep the surplus days on the lower end.
But, a feast is coming to be sure.
I'll do an official weigh in on Sunday morning. But, I don't expect the food baby to be too substantial on this one. Well, not compared to my 4000 cal day...LOL.
The increase in cals is going well. I like 1781 cals/day - I definitely feel the difference in energy. That being said, since the data is going to be skewed for weigh-in due to the surplus day - we'll be holding steady with 1781 cals/day and see where we land next weekend. If I'm still landing in the 111 lb. range by next Sunday, I'll increase by 2% again. If this body hangs steady around 112-113 lb., we'll keep the cals where they're at.
