Morning Cookie (well it is here) that's one of the best tonics you can get right there. When someone notices the changes, especially saying "looking good" no wonder you were grinning from ear to ear. It won't be too long until you reach week 12 and the rest of us will notice. As the sign says KEEP GOING and my best wishes to you. 

Thank you Tam 💟😊😊 i live alone, work from home and doubt if anyone gonna notice hahahaha im trying not to obsess about week 12 (dont want to get comfortable) so i'm doing a 100 day challenge.
