Ok I know from past lessons that fat takes up more space than muscle, and I know I am following program, even cut off wine since SAT, yes that's a big change. But I am still working out daily and the scale showed 3 lbs up this am. I cannot let myself get discouraged. My clothes still fit better, and I even fit into clothes I have not worn in nearly 10 years. I have to keep going. There are other factors us women have to deal with and this may be one reason. I will not give up!
