I have been battling with the same pound for what feels like a month now. When I vented this frustration to my aunt she told "we'll if that pound is so stubborn focus on a diifferent one. Obviously that one wants to be the last one you lose." It was a nice funny way of her to say don't worry about it. So I thought I'd share.
