I had to work my activity into my morning so I would get it in. Walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and rode the recumbent bike for 20 minutes. Went to two soccer games and had to park a far away from the field so I did not have a problem getting my 10,000 step today. When I got home and synced the FITBIT I needed 4 floors and .20 miles to get HORRAYS....so I got it done. The FITBIT is a great motivator for me.
