I have been maintaining my desired weight by watching my sugar and sodium content. It is surprising how much sugar and sodium are in alot of our grocery products! I found out the soy is not good either unless it's fermented. Well, I'm staying away from any soy products since I feel I gain weight quickly with it. Has anyone used the Sensa product and does it really work?
