woot woot. okay, so the weight loss is probably from me finally taking a break from stuffing my face. I am letting my body catch up and process what I've eaten. Right now the fridge isn't stocked with too much, ate the last of the eggs in a omelette this morning, and no cereal or milk. I will have to do some shopping. Oh yeah...and the microwave broke! lol

Today I cooked myself a really good breakfast, of egg whites, scallions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes with a piece of wheat toast. That should keep me going for a while. Glad to get back into the rhythm of this.
