Wow it's been awhile!!
Well, I'm not sure how much I weigh as I broke the scale! Yes that was a horrible day, step on, SNAP... Tears were to follow as I already feel heavy, then to break the scale... My worst nightmare LOL... Still haven't gone out and picked one up, just don't have the money right now. I feel like I've put on about 10 lbs, I can just feel it... I had stopped being active, stopped worrying about what I ate, and shit happens lol..
I want to lose 20 lbs by Christmas, not that I can tell LOL... But I want to feel 20 lbs smaller by then... I've started exercising at home. We have lots of snow up here in Ontario, but sometimes I do walk to my tanning salon, which is 30 min walk uphill at a 45 degree angle, and also stopped eating at 5pm. At first the eating thing was very very hard because I was STARVING!! And bf still eats at night, but it's gotten easier.
I've been drinking metamucil everyday for the past couple months for something that is probably TMI, but I've found I feel bloated since I started (could also be the 10 lbs I put on) has anyone else found that they get this? Any other ideas on something as rich in fiber but not actual food?
Anyway, hope to journal more now that I'm back...
