Also awesomeness... the 5K.

I finished... and beat my previous time by 4 minutes. I even managed to beat my skinny brother's previous time by over a minute. I even beat my coach to the finish line!!! Alright, that doesn't count. She's recovering from an ACL tear and would kick my a** if she was at 100%. My finishing time was 33:15:55. I was running a little faster than 11 minute miles (I trained at a 12 minute per mile pace) for about 3.2 miles.

Then I got free Powerade and protein bars. WOOHOO!
