My hubby and I have are doing Atkins togeteher and have been following program pretty well since 9/8. However, tonight we had to be BAD, he brouhgt home creme brule donuts from a place in NYC called Donut Plant. AND it was worth it, the donuts are not as big as a regular donut but it was sooo rich and yummy. Oh well, looks like i will have kicked out my ketosis and will have to do extra time on the elliptical. A detour well worth it, and even better, my husband and I enjoyed it together!
