Official weigh in tomorrow, I'm soooooo nervous and pray I lost more than a pound. Tomorrow afternoon I work with my trainer to get that last good work out in. I think I'm just going to eat an energy bar before my weigh in and maybe some fruit but not eat anymore until after 7:00pm weigh in. I believe that's the only way to keep my weight stable for the day for the weigh in. Hopefully I didn't exceed my calories too much today. I'm either way under or slightly over. But I've been working out all week. Well my fingers are crossed!
