Not a good eating day!! Was not hungry at breakfast and then did not get a break until 2:00, too late to eat my chicken salad so I ate some cheese and nuts. Came home real stressed to my loving husband who soothed the savage beast with my fav red wine and a big bowl of venison chili. I am not getting on that scale for a couple of days!
