Diario de dm_lytle, 07 oct. 13

I have been in physical therapy for a week now. I had slacked on my ab exercises while in my cast just because every move hurt. Having the cast off and the extra weight off of my ankle has helped and I have to hit it even harder. My back has been giving me fits the last couple of days and I know it is from lack of ab exercises. So I am setting a goal for myself of 50 ab exercises every evening and riding the bike for 2 sets of 7 minutes along with my range of motion exercises for my ankle. I can lift weights 2-3 days a week for my upper body and my shoulder is screaming that it is needed. I just feel like I am falling apart. I feel better this week than I have in a long time, the little bit of exercise I am getting is helping to clear my head and releasing pent up energy and frustrations. It is amazing how you become dependant on the gym and exercising and when you can't do it how bad you feel. I felt like I was in a rut for a while. Well I hope everyone has a Marvelous Monday!
