I have been in a funk the last couple days. I did some comfort eating yesterday and beat myself up for it....I need to stop doing that to myself. Just one of many bad habits I need to resolve if I am going to ever succeed with weight loss maintenance. I ate healthy today, journaled my food and have 12,348 steps 5.08 miles on the FITBIT today.
