So I haven't recorded a journal entry in... forever! I had surgery on my ankle 5 weeks ago today so exercise has been ummm out of the question, but I still managed to lose some. Yay! My best friend is starting a weight loss challenge at her work and we decided to buddy up to encourage each other and hold each other accountable. I am excited for this new journey and to be able to share it with my fabulous fat secret buddies!
