OK so I thought I beat the plateau, guess not scale said 170.5 this am. I am not giving up, but I am not getting on the scale for awhile. My clothes are still getting looser, and I know i am doing everything right, exercising everyday and folowing program 95% of the time. It has to come off at some point so the scale is not supportive right now! Need to stay off for a week or so!
