Diario de livelifefully, 03 nov. 08

Good exercise to report in today:
-15 min. weights
-45 min. bike/ 9 miles in gym
-20 min run/ 2 miles outside tonight
-about 20 min. walk (walk kids to and from school every day it's nice but don't record that)

I will probably do floor toning exercises tonight too.

My weight was up some this morning which did not make me too happy. I have to weigh in tomorrow, so hopefully it will cooperate. It is not for lack of exercise! I did not record points the last few days however have ate healthy over all. However, with not recording points, I most likely was over the limit. Today's eating was mostly good, although I did have a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks which prob. has a good amt of calories. I made salmon with fresh fruit salsa and grilled steak and grilled veggies for dinner. All really healthy and yummy.
