Diario de Woman Alive, 15 sep. 13

I have been keeping a separate record of how I feel each day and I am seeing a trend. Days when I maintain a lower carb intake are days when I have more energy and feel better mentally. Today I stayed less than 50mg. Comparing back to days when I stayed closest to that mark I noted feeling better as well. I am going to try to stay below 50mg a day on carbs for a few weeks, and keep those carbs complex, coming from berries at breakfast and the remainder from low carb veggies (green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus and the like) through the rest of the day. Will see how this goes and if I lose wait faster or more steadily and if I continue to feel better.
