Don't take stress and just focus on fiber and protein.
And focus on dinner take less calories in dinner and very light also thats it , slowly u will notice changes

Create calorie deficit and do atleast an hour of brisk walking. If you can fast atleast 3 days a week it's very easy to achieve your goals quick. I managed to reduce nearly 10kgs by following all in past 1 month.

in my opinion loss weight more than 4 Kg in a month is unhealthy and not recommend by experts unless your weight is 100 Kg and up. This solution damaged my hair, skin, and stomach in past.😟😔
