Thanks. I try to fast at least once a week (or used to) but only for 40 hours. I usually drink 128 oz of water per day but not the electrolytes. I did make sure to pick them up for this slightly longer fast.
Yay, my GKI is 1.0. Glucose is 88 after 26 hours of not eating. Ketone level is 4.6 which is quite high. But as long as my blood sugars are under 240 and ketones are under 5.0 it's still ketosis and not ketoacidosis (both have to be elevated for that) I'm going to continue testing to make sure.
