Tomorrow fasting begins for 3 days. I know I can go at least 40 hours but I want to try for longer so I'm trying for 76 hours. Water fasting with black coffee and electrolyte drink (designed for fasting) allowed. I'll weigh myself in the morning for the prior week (I go Monday to Sunday) and I might weigh myself after fasting or wait until next Monday to see how I'm doing. My GKI is 1.8 tonight and hopefully my glucose numbers go down. They've still been a little high for me (mid 90's) even in ketosis. I have a goal for when my son graduates boot camp to not be as BIG as I am now. I would like to be a few sizes down. 17 weeks or there about until that happens. 9 weeks to ship out date and then 8 weeks of bootcamp (could be a little more depending on world events). My son also has to get in better shape, he could pass the physical trial thing now but just barely so HE wants to push harder and get fitter before boot camp so work outs here we come. The hubby is even joining us now.
