Diario de terrihoward, 19 jul. 20

My husband Dave kicked off this weight loss journey a couple months ago while I believed I wasn’t “quite ready”. As he started to lose a few pounds and his energy improved, I was definitely taking notice as his biggest cheerleader. I lost about four pounds just through his different eating around the house, then stalled. I became ready. Started tracking my food and setting goals. I’m 52 and he’s 57 and we have so much life ahead of us! So, together, we’ve lost 30 pounds. And last night? We we’re able to take a hike out to see the comet.
