Diario de MM392, 03 nov. 10

It is good to see the scale moving again. I can't believe how good it feels...but I am moving again...and it feels wonderful...IT has been eleven months since I have been able to exercise. I injured my back Dec 13th 2009. I will spare the details but it was the most painful thing I have ever experienced and there have been a few. I have taken a turn thanks to a patient and loving family and a wonderful PT guy. I have been to the Y four times in the last week and each visit makes me feel better and better. I swam for the first time since my injury...I am up to 35 min on the FX machine and 20 minutes on the bike.

I do my core strengthening exercises at the Y too, in the stretching room. I don't know where the courage came from..to go in there with all fit and healthy looking people, lay down on the mat and just do it.

Last night I wanted to stop the FX after 18 minutes, I told myself "FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED" and it worked....I can't begin to explain what a milestone in my life that was!!!!!!!!!!
