I'm going back to the gym starting tomorrow. (My state is mostly open, Florida) wearing a mask working out won't be ideal but doable. My husband "stole" my nightly walks with my son and I don't walk with them together since hubby is a foot taller than me and I can't keep up. He has double the stride length I do. :( Since the boy has signed the papers to ship out in 10 weeks(!!!!) he has to gain some upper body and core strength. I miss the gym and have to get back into the habit again. I've been intermittent fasting and will start alternate day fasting soon (or maybe 3 days in a row) Wish me luck for tomorrow.
