I'm now at the lowest weight I've been in over 2 years...
I wan't to keep this up, but with my diagnosis of Interstitial Cystitis still being so fresh, I am still unable to exercise...
I went on a mild 2 mile hike yesterday, and was in so much agonizing pain for nearly 24 hours following it, that I guess I will continue to just focus on eating healthfully for now. I hope that in a few months time I will be able to exercise once more, I miss Zumba and hiking something fierce!
