I realized today that I have not had a TUMS in over a week. Obviously, my acid reflux was caused by my eating habits. I am faithfully journaling my food, doing some type of exercise everyday. I have some lofty goals that I am trying to reach. Doing this with my sister is priceless. Thank you Linda...:)
