Woke up to a call from the "FBI" about my outstanding warrants spoofing the actual number in DC. Again. I hate these people. It went straight to voicemail, but the VM chirp is what woke me up. Other than that, it was a good night for sleeping. Love hot days and cool nights.
Muscle up more, blob down. Chipping away at it and maintaining the muscle. Exactly what I want. Swam a good swim last night, 780 strokes, heart rate upper 130's, 9.9 METs. No walk. That really helps with the sleep. Wanted a "relaxing night in". Tried to drag myself through a movie, still not good at sitting still for two hours. I think I have about 30 minutes left. I'll finish tonight. I made whipped cream in the Isi last night because I haven't touched it for my coffee and I don't want it going bad. Goal is to make it last at least a week, maybe two. If I write it down, it's more likely to happen. That's how long it would have taken to use in my coffee. No sugar, just stevia. I completely ran out of vanilla somehow, that was weird. On top of everything else.
Four different kinds of hummingbirds buzzing around me this morning. Time to order groceries. Out of spinach and other veggies!!! Going to abandon the computer, make their nectar for the feeder and get on with my day. Enjoy the weekend.
Almost forgot, from my living room, I can hear a nest of baby birds. Which is really late in the season, but every time I go outside to figure out where they are, they stop making noise. Hoping it's more hummers. Thinking about getting one of those feeders you put on your hand and training them to come to me instead of just dive bombing my hair. Gotta find new sources of entertainment when you don't really leave the house.
