I’ll be switching back to 2 meals a day
I’ve started working at my mom’s office until I go back to uni.
I thought that I’d manage with OMAD but I almost died.
The smells from my coworkers’ lunch and all.
This will prevent me from cheating on my diet.

I can't do omad either. tried it and failed. now eating 2 meals a day. lost quite a few kgs but now I'm stuck in a plateau. I should probably add some exercise now.
