I did ok today even though I ate out at my nephews. He made fried rice, chicken stir fry, and broccoli beef. I helped him prep all the veggies and the meats so I was able to "work out" what I was going to eat. I think that my calculations are fairly close. I stuck with just a 1/2 cup of ice cream and no cake. I did not eat the fried rice but enjoyed the veggies and just a small amount of beef and chicken.

It really was good but the bacon fried rice was soooooo tempting. I knew that if I tried even a spoon full I would eat a ton, and then kick myself so I just added an additional spoon full on the chicken and veggies, great dinner and great fun seeing so many of my family. Hope everyone has a really nice Labor Day!
