Diario de Deegees mom, 01 sep. 13

Invited to my nephews house for dinner and cake and ice cream, it is his wife's birthday. I will pass on the cake I should be able to eat dinner he is making stir fry and fried rice. I will not have any of the rice. I know that he makes broccoli and beef so I have guessed the nutritional values I will review these entries when I get home this evening and adjust if I need to. I will have some (1/2 cup) ice cream and enjoy the time spent with them and my other nephews family, his wife and three kids. Time to enjoy family not the cake!
