Today has not been a good day, diet went ok but my emotions took me to places I do not want to be. Spent about 3 hours in tears and proceeded to melt down from there. Just need a break I guess and wish I could take one but dad needs me and I need him so guess I will just have to mop up the tears and try smiling for the rest of the day. Really want to just curl up and cry a little more feeling sorry for myself. Need my nephew to give me a swift kick in my rear I think he is coming over after he gets off work, he called me mid melt down. Got to love him, he is a great kid. Tomorrow will be better.

Really hope you feel better! :( Hate those days when all I do is cry, but I always end up feeling better after a good cry-fest. Hopefully your nephew comes over and cheers you up.

We never know what someone else is going through but I am hopeful for your strength to endure whatever you encounter. Let the pain out even if it means shedding a few tears and getting that kick in the pants. And yes,tomorrow will be better.

My nephew did come over and rather thn kick me in the rear he took me for a walk down the street in the rain. It was fun watching my dog running in and out of the flooded gutters. She had so much fun and I feel much much better. My nephew is a really great kid.
