So hungry today. Need to figure out a way to increase my protein. Out of "quick-foods" at work. I need to go to the store but I don't want to...whine, whine, whine. I must plan ahead better or I will sabotage my diet.
Stinkin' hot here in Iowa!!! I haven't been walking on my breaks like I should and I haven't been working out at home either. Our house is so hot...poor window air can't keep up. My husband was hot and miserable most of the night. Our room was 82 degrees and the fans weren't doing much to keep anything cool. The weather should break soon.... :)

I have done it and worth mentioning ... never shop when you are hungry! Eat about 10 almonds and a glass of water and within fifteen minutes your cravings will go away ... Hot everywhere in the US ... So Cal has been hot ... looks like a break for the labor day week end .. your weight graph is my inspiration
