Yesterday was my Mom's birthday and I made her favortie, blueberry pie with blueberries made from berries brought home and frozen after our trip to Maine. I HAD to have some, this was no ordinary blueberry pie. I am feeling remorse this am, 20lbs down and I don't want to blow it. I tend to lose and then I eat something that turns off my desire to lose and I lose control. I have to play close attention to the next few days so I stay on program.
