Diario de triehard, 26 jun. 20

Birthday party last night. Pizza, wine, cake, home made sausage rolls. OMG. Tonight with the adult kids, more celebrating, tomorrow night with the boyfriend who will want fish and chips or something diet destroying. But you know what? I can do this. I can stray and Join in, with moderation of course, and maybe this big week won’t be a big loss I’m going to keep going, some weeks will be no loss but hell, it’s better than a gain. Let’s keep the balance and enjoy life the most we can because we can be as healthy as we can. 10 kg to go, I’d like it to be in a week obviously, but if it takes a year then so be it.
