Sides also cooked on the grill were a small white potato with skin, green red yellow bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic stuffed olives and artichoke hearts. The olives were a bit of a splurge but I just enjoy them too much. Despite the olives jacking up the sodium, I will still be well below 1000 mg of sodium for the day which is my goal. And if I understand correctly that's approximately 50% of the maximum RDA recommended by the American Heart Association and 75% less than the typical American consumes per day.
