If you feel like your not wait enough, I was the same, so started kcal counting,so allowing myself eat enough and same amount of kcal every day has helped me to eat better and same amounts.. just you need to work out how much kcal works for your body/lifestyle :) and I have 3meals a day too 💯🙌🏻 + a little snack ,try maybe this works for you too?
