My personalised recipe: mix 125gr almond flour with 60gr hazelnuts, 25gr xylithol, 1tbsp baking powder, pinch of salt and 1/2tbsp chia seeds. Then add 1 egg, 1tbs vanilla extract and 15gr of butter. Knead the dough and place it on a baking tray in the desired shape. Cook in the over for about 20mins at 175°. Let it cool, cut it in slices and cook again for 20 mins. 🤤
