Diario de Deegees mom, 15 ago. 13

Yesterday was an ok day but I was up most of the night last night. I have not been sleeping through the night for the last 3 or 4 nights, iI am not totally sure what is bothering me but suspect it is family issues with my oldest niece. I did eat a coupe of snacks early this morning. About 1 cup of the chicken sir fry from last nights dinner and a serving of Special K cereal. Not a great start to the day, rats! This is starting out to be a high calorie day, not going to have a large number of white carbs so maybe that will help.
