Sooo I checked out the Vegan section of my grocery store today. I have to say EPIC FAIL on the Smart Wings Buffalo Wings... totally tastes nothing like chicken and actually has this awful after taste!
However, hit a home run with Walden Farms Calorie Free Ranch Dressing. It's sweet, but tastes good. (CARB FREE)
Sooo.. I guess I broke even.

I saw those dressing online at carb smart, but how can a dressing be calorie free? sound too good to be true, everything has calories except water!
