OK so I drank way too much red wine this weekend. The good news is I did not eat anything I was'nt supposed to! And I walked about 5 miles. So I am not going to beat myself up, just going to move on. That will be my affirmation for the week.

good for you - no regrets, just get up and back on the horse/wagon. At least you didn't add to it by eating too much. Usually for me excess alcohol = excess eating. Congrats on weight so far.
