Monday and Tuesday were challenging for me. As I am an 8 hour a night type of gal, two nights of not getting a good nights sleep is difficult. Today I was able to control my desire for nutella (not enough sleep = nutella craving!). ... Need to get some good sleep and hit it harder and get the fitness quotient moving up and the scale moving down!
