I think I need to stop weighing my self everyday 🙆‍♀️

Whatever works. If you weigh daily you should be comfortable with the fluctuations. Those are very normal. Weightloss is NOT linear.

When I was in weighloss mode I did not weigh myself at all (9 months no scale) but I used clothing and I measured. That worked for me

Keep at it and log log log. I don't like logging but dislike staying stuck even more. You got this!

water and salt will make you go up and down. If that is Ok you can weigh once a day - otherwise let go and relax. Once a week may likely show progress.

My body has burned 128 pounds on the Keto Diet so far. Mentally, I feel its best to weigh yourself once a week early in the morning. Make it a routine. Good Luck

Just me, each week before weighing Saturday morning I try to guess where I will be on the scale. No real pressure but keeps me more accountable during the week.

Yep. It just gets frustrating..I'm down to twice a week. If not I start obsessing about every little ounce.

I tried that but ended up going back to everyday! That kept me sane. Well saner!

I have a lot of fluctuations but not weighing makes me miss seeing how certain food effect my weight. Just my humble opinion. It has been the only reason I’ve lost 58 pounds I never thought possible at this age. 65 is hard. Everyday. But I’m doing it like a pro!

I find weighing everyday keeps me focused better. Fluctuations are gonna happen regardless. I feel better knowing where I am, even if I go up a little one day. I will sometimes make an adjustment (less food, more activity) before the next weigh-in so I can limit those little gains.

There are many ways to lose weight. A dieting method that is perfect for your constitution is sleeping somewhere in the world. As others have said, dieting is possible by collecting your own data. It doesn't make sense to make yourself miserable by how often you step on the scale. This journey is difficult enough as it is. Figure out a way that you are comfortable with and that works for you. It is more important to find a way of eating that will help you reach your goals, the scale simply confirms your success. 🌈
