Whatever works. If you weigh daily you should be comfortable with the fluctuations. Those are very normal. Weightloss is NOT linear.

When I was in weighloss mode I did not weigh myself at all (9 months no scale) but I used clothing and I measured. That worked for me

water and salt will make you go up and down. If that is Ok you can weigh once a day - otherwise let go and relax. Once a week may likely show progress.

I have a lot of fluctuations but not weighing makes me miss seeing how certain food effect my weight. Just my humble opinion. It has been the only reason I’ve lost 58 pounds I never thought possible at this age. 65 is hard. Everyday. But I’m doing it like a pro!

I find weighing everyday keeps me focused better. Fluctuations are gonna happen regardless. I feel better knowing where I am, even if I go up a little one day. I will sometimes make an adjustment (less food, more activity) before the next weigh-in so I can limit those little gains.

It doesn't make sense to make yourself miserable by how often you step on the scale. This journey is difficult enough as it is. Figure out a way that you are comfortable with and that works for you. It is more important to find a way of eating that will help you reach your goals, the scale simply confirms your success. 🌈
