Diario de fishnchips, 03 oct. 08

I am forgetting SB this week. I was doing really well during the day, but then I would get home and there would be a nice dessert and chocolate sitting in the kitchen. I did well initially and told my husband that I wasn't having any and he said something like, 'If I thought you were not going to have any I would have got something that I really liked.' It wasn't said hatefully ,but really sweetly as he is having a heck of a time at work and if he drank alcohol he would be comeing home and drinking. His alcohol is junk food and I have been eating right along with him. I think that I might have to talk to him this weekend and say that even if next week is as bad (which it probably will be)I can't eat all that junk with him. Well today is goodie day at work and I am eating it all. I am going to hate the scales when I finally get on them.

One bite at a time. :) YOU can do this! Just because you have chosen off diet foods so far today, doesn't mean that you can't eat well the rest of the day and gear it back to eating well! Grab a bottle of water and some good for you snack and no worries! You'll be fine... lots of water will help flush out the bad stuff and eating well will nourish your body. :) ROCK IT UP babes!
