This is actually a loss of .6 lbs. I actually weighed in at 117.8 last weekend but entered .2 instead of .8. But, I expected this as I had a 2700 cal day burn this past week. This girl was very active. I do have another surplus day coming up this Friday. We're doing Mexican food, and per usual skies the limit.
I'm swinging into my 1 year and 41 weeks of maintenance. The Summer months are coming and the pool opens up tomorrow! Once swimming begins, I'll be swinging into Summer cals and will be increasing the cals on average by 182/day to accommodate the increased activity. Below is this week's trajectory :-)

I am really thankful I cut my workouts in half. I also moved weights day to Thursday so I'll have an active rest day couched between recumbent bike/cardio day and weights.
