May 31, Sunday, wt hopped up a lb because I ate 6 pieces of bacon during the day. Calories were under 1000 but salt can sure hold water. This morning I had a small but high protein breakfast and hope to keep that up all day. Low calorie, low salt, and low carb will get me there, in 160's in early June.
